This client-specific role involves tasks such as Hoyer lifts, bed baths, and meal preparation.
Responsibilities:
Hoyer Lift Assistance:
Provide skilled assistance using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers and positioning of clients with mobility challenges.
Personal Care:
Perform thorough bed baths, maintaining the dignity and comfort of clients.
Meal Preparation:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
Companionship:
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients during the evening hours.
Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and the caregiving team.
Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, with a focus on evening care and the specified tasks (Hoyer lifts, bed baths, meal preparation).
Empathy and Compassion:
Ability to provide care with empathy, understanding, and respect for the client's individual needs.
Reliability:
Consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure continuous and reliable care for our clients.
