Construction Technician

There will be a lot of drywall, flooring and finish work involved.
A background in construction is required for this position.
There may be times where said candidate will need to work closely with sub contractors or assist with scheduling.
Experienced in both rough and finish carpentry, proficient in tasks ranging from installing cabinetry, multi-piece wood crown molding, and door frames to adding artistic details in clients' homes.
Skilled in restoration responsibilities, including flood cutting, salvaging, and appropriately labeling baseboards, cabinets, and doors.
Committed to maintaining job site safety, open to undergoing background checks and drug screenings.
Holds a valid driver's license.
Possesses and consistently maintains a set of hand tools, typically carried in a tool belt or small toolbox, including a cordless drill.
Maintains a positive attitude and actively contributes to cultivating a healthy company culture and positive brand image in the community.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Proven experience as a repair technician or similar role Familiarity with different power tools Valid Oregon Drivers License Pass Background Check Strong Communication Skills Note:
