Welcome to the Titan Self Storage family! We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appeal of our properties.
Your responsibilities will include sweeping vacant units, managing dump runs, cleaning trash, maintaining lawns, capturing images for auctions, conducting security checks, and performing various maintenance tasks as needed.
We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to get their hands dirty and who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sweep vacant units thoroughly to maintain cleanliness and prepare them for new occupants.
Coordinate and execute dump runs efficiently to dispose of waste and debris.
Clean trash from common areas and property grounds to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform landscaping duties to uphold the aesthetic appeal of the property.
Take high-quality pictures for property auctions, ensuring accurate representation of assets.
Conduct routine security checks to ensure the safety and security of the property.
Perform various maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to painting, light repairs, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and hazards in the workplace.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in property maintenance or related field is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical stamina and willingness to engage in tasks that may require heavy lifting, bending, and kneeling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
