Pacific Aviation Northwest is looking for a Social Media / Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
We are looking for an individual who will be able to use a multitude of platforms to build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns while managing and expanding our social media and marketing presence.
Support in generating and refining content across social media platforms, content scheduling, and email promotions to enhance brand visibility via traditional and digital marketing tactics.
Contribute to the design and distribution of brochures, promotional materials, website design and updates, and various communication channels to reach target audiences effectively.
Aid in organizing events, managing schedules, and fulfilling administrative duties as necessary.
Duties:
Social Media:
Grow our brand through a multi-platform campaign Aid in the development and execution of social media & marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, website, social media, email, video, and print Manage the company's social media presence on different platforms Respond to questions from customers and interact with social media followers Use social media strategies aligning with the company's goals and brand guidelines Oversee the organic engagement to maintain and enhance our company's brand presence, growth, and value to our audience Marketing:
Design and create marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures and promotional materials Gather materials for trade shows, career fairs, and other company-related events Assist in the development of websites, and website changes using WordPress format Assist with scheduling, promotional activities, organizing outreach events, trade shows, and follow-up calls as needed Additional:
Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Possessession of a valid Oregon Driver's license with safe driving record Knowledge of aviation industry (preferred) Proven social media and marketing experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, with creative aptitude Experience with WordPress Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns Familiarity with social media best practices Project Management and time management skills Works efficiently both independently and in a team environment Available to work flexible hours, including some occasional weekend and evening events Photography/Videography shooting and editing - not necessary but extremely helpful Job Type:
